Make your own restaurant style cheesy queso dip at home in five minutes

Ingredients:

Half pound of White American Cheese (it helps to cut it into cubes for more even cooking)
One tablespoon jalapeno slices
One tablespoon jalapeno juice (brine from the jar)
Two tablespoons green chilis (chopped)
1/3 cup whole milk
1/4 cup water
Dash of cumin

Throw all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and crank it up for five minutes. Stir after each minute of heating to help it cook consistently!
